Experienced and Varied Legal Background
Our founding attorney, Matthew Faler, has experience working in a domestic violence legal clinic and has performed extensive legal work in the areas of landlord/tenant disputes, insurance defense, real estate transactions and disputes, construction defect litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Faler graduated from the University Of San Diego School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Washington. He is licensed to practice law in California and has passed the Arizona bar, but is currently in the process of being admitted.
In addition to his legal background, Mr. Faler served as an officer in the United States Army for 4 years, including a tour of duty in Kosovo.
